Imelda Sanchez has been part of the dental world for so long that it’s hard to imagine her doing anything else. Born in Mexico and brought to Chicago, IL, when she was just a baby, she spent most of her early years there before moving to California at 13. That’s where her journey in dentistry began, back in 2000, and she’s never looked back.

Over the years, she’s mastered a wide range of skills as an EF2: from taking precise final impressions and crafting crowns to working on temporary and permanent restorations, scanning, and making careful adjustments to dentures. She’s the kind of person who’s just as comfortable chatting with patients about their day as she is focusing on the technical details of their treatment.

At home, Imelda’s life is full she’s been married nearly 30 years and is the proud mom of three grown sons (27, 22, and 14). When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her dancing, laughing, and making the most of family time.
