If you’ve ever called or walked into our office, chances are you’ve met Jessica Perez. She’s the one making sure things run smoothly while keeping the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Her career in dentistry spans almost 12 years, starting as a dental assistant for four of them before she stepped into the world of management, where she’s thrived for the last five.

Jessica is the person who ties it all together, scheduling, problem-solving, supporting the team, and making sure patients always feel looked after. She has that rare mix of organisation and empathy that makes her great at what she does.

Away from the office, she’s all about family. Her nieces and nephews are her “adopted kids,” and she’s happiest when she’s with them, whether that’s exploring Disneyland or just hanging out at home. And when the day winds down, you can bet she’s watching a good crime documentary.
